Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out.

Once shipped, U.S. ground delivery typically takes 5 - 8 business days. Standard U.S. shipping carrier rates apply. Shipping notifications with tracking will be sent via email.

International shipping typically takes 8 - 12 business days and rates may vary by package weight and destination. All duties and taxes (including value added taxes) will be the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot confirm the exact amount of any duties or taxes in advance.

Returns

Returns Policy:

All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returned items must be unused and in the exact same condition as they were received. At this time, we do not accept exchanges. However, you are welcome to return any eligible returns and re-purchase the items of your choice.
